The position
As a HS Partner you will serve as a business partner and advisor on HS requirements for our CVP area, Oral Product Development. This includes setting the HS agenda for our area and rolling out our HS strategy.

You will be responsible for setting direction, developing, driving improvement and maintaining the H&S management system (ISO45001) for the CVP area, including ongoing support and counselling to the H&S organization.

The setting you’ll be working in spans from office environments to production, which reflects in the target groups you’ll be working with.

Main tasks will also include to:
• Develop and implement initiatives, recommendations, and corrective actions in partnership with Line of Business leaders and the HS organization
• Support Line of Business on programs to ensure workplace conditions comply with Novo Nordisk and legal requirements
• Facilitate internal HS compliance audits in certified areas
• Ensure high-quality data for reporting purposes

Moreover, you will provide guidance and support in areas such as accident investigations, risk assessment, chemical and biological safety, process safety, fire safety, emergency response planning, mental well-being, total employee health and well-being, workplace ergonomics, and physical well-being.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• An academic degree within Health & Safety or similar subjects
• Extensive experience in an Health & Safety role
• Gained said experience within a highly regulated industry, i.e. pharmaceuticals, medical devices, aviation, food production
• Certification in or solid understanding of ISO45001 and ISO9001
• Are fully proficient in English

On a personal level, you demonstrate strong analytical skills and practical experience in analyzing complex business issues. You have experience with change management processes and communication in large and complex organizations.

The QMS, Training & HS and Safety department is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, training and health, and safety across Novo Nordisk Emerging Technologies.
