The Role
With our process governance team growing, we have an opening to join our team. You will be joining a truly global team, working alongside colleagues from offices all over the world, supporting SSD (Sales Service and Delivery)
Based at our headquarters in Lynge, you will play a pivotal role within a small team dedicated to supporting SSD operations across the EMEA region. You will be at the forefront of supporting ERP system rollouts in markets such as UK, Italy, Denmark, and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support to SSD Key Users during all project stages and in the adoption of new processes, particularly during crucial phases, using the train-the-trainer concept
- Offer remote support to Key Users, serving as the contact point during FBP, local, and global transformational projects for SSD processes, and escalating issues as necessary
- Support SSD Infor LN developments by liaising with country Key Users, IT, Infor Developers, and FBP Project Team members to evaluate, document, test, and report on developments
- Provide SSD Process Training and Documentation by assisting Key Users during FBP and Transformational projects and post-Go Live stages. Create, revise, and release work instructions and guidance documentation
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you are a dedicated professional with a passion for supporting ERP systems and SSD processes. Therefore, you might have:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a support role for ERP systems, with specific experience using Infor LN.
- Previous experience supporting or directly working in a Sales and Service role within a medical device organization, with additional experience in the Hearing Industry being advantageous.
- Standard knowledge of all known office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Personal Competencies:
- Proficient analytical and conceptual skills to assess complex situations and propose effective solutions
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and deliver clear, effective training and documentation crucial for success in this role
- Effective team player with strong communication skills, empathy, assertiveness, and flexibility to navigate project dynamics
- Solid technical understanding allowing you to understand and tackle tasks effectively
