Order Management specialist

We are seeking a new Order Management specialist to join our Order management team in Glostrup. The team is responsible for registrate DEFOA(Defects on arrival) requests from Customer service and MARS(Internal shipping) request from other Agilent departments. The team also handles products on supply hold and coordinate release of instrument. A major part of the work is also to liaise with production, Customer service and support functions in order to support Logistics in shipping products on time.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Validate DEFOA requests and process in SAP.
• Process and support with internal shipments from Glostrup.
• Coordinate with Planning and Production about products in back order.
• Coordinate with Customer service and Shipping to secure shipment in time.
• Release instruments for shipment.
• Rescheduling of orders to release back orders.
• General support to business.

Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:

• General understanding of Logistic and Supply chain.
• Knowledge of International trade, transport, and customs.
• Experience with pharma products or cold chain products preferred.
• Knowledge and experience on an ERP system SAP is preferred
• An understanding/appetence for mathematics and/or statistics is a plus
• Good English skills. Verbal and in writing.
