About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Manager for our Dynamic Process Engineering department. In this leadership role, you will focus on the prioritization and structuring of tasks for your team, ensuring efficient workflow and task management. You will be tasked with the continuous improvement of our SMARTLEAN Program, aiming to augment efficiency, quality, and productivity in a bustling production area. Your role will adapt to meet the varying demands of the department, requiring a professional approach and keen interest in improving technical processes.

About the Team: You will be guiding a multifaceted group of eight employees with expertise in ECM process, Mechanical Design, and Test Engineering. We are focused on advancing innovation and streamlining efficiency in product maintenance and industrial engineering, with a commitment to staying ahead in the industry.

Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technical specialists.
• Monitor team performance, set goals, and conduct regular evaluations.
• Ensure the team remains focused on WSA's priorities.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
• Stay updated with new technologies and best practices within the engineering profession.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, Work Instructions, and SOPs.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments, stakeholders, and business partners to ensure effective prioritization.
• Prepare and present reports and technical proposals to your manager.
• Act as a link between your manager and the technical team.

Skills:

• Effective at conducting thorough assessments and identifying solutions.
• Skilled in systematic arrangement and coordination of activities.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Identify training and further education needs for the team.

Experience:

• 1-8 years of experience in management within product maintenance, engineering, or a related field.
• A college diploma in Management within product maintenance, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in managing technical solutions (ECM, Design, Test, etc.).
