Join our dynamic and diverse team at Business Management & Implementation within Technology Innovation & Foundation (T&S Tech), a team that supports the T&S Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and an area of approximately 1,400 colleagues. We're seeking a Chief Business Manager to become part of our Performance Management & Traction team, composed of 9 people currently located in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Vilnius, Lithuania.

Our team has three key pillars within its purpose:

  • Working side by side with leadership on their strategic plans to ensure delivery, monitor progress, and act as a sparring partner
  • Driving and contributing to a full management information and financial overview to enable informed decision-making
  • Handling coordination, administrative tasks, and support

As a Chief Business Manager, you will be working closely with Tribe leadership and acting as their trusted partner in supporting sound and data-driven decision-making. You will have an overview of strategic goals, deadlines, and HR-related accountabilities with a firm grip on financials and other administrative routines. In addition, you will have a wide variety of interactions with members from within the tribe and stakeholders outside of the tribe.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

You will:

  • Participate in Strategic Planning: Support and collaborate with Tribe leadership in defining strategic priorities and formulating actionable plans; being a partner in Annual and Quarterly Business Review processes
  • Drive Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the tribe and other stakeholders, both internal and external. Facilitate communication and coordination among squads and with other tribes or units
  • Drive Performance Monitoring: Drive the tribe's performance tracking against strategic goals and provide progress reports
  • Assure Financial Management: Oversee Tribe's financial health, including budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial analysis. Make data-driven decisions and advise leadership on financial matters
  • Assure HR Management: Assist in HR processes like talent acquisition, development, and retention. Help manage capacities for tackling headcounts and strategic workforce planning
  • Implement Knowledge Management: Promote knowledge sharing and engagement within the tribe and with external parties
  • Contribute to Administrative Support: Ensure the smooth running of administrative processes within the tribe, managing schedules, and organizing events and meetings (excluding calendar management)

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in business management roles
  • Proven experience in collaborating with and supervising stakeholders of all seniority levels
  • Proven experience with financial analysis and cost forecasting and the ability to use both to drive value-creating decisions
  • Solid IT skills within MS Office
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and analytical way of thinking with a high level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • English proficiency level – upper-intermediate

We offer:

Monthly salary range applies only if you work in Lithuania from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job). For Denmark applicants salary will be discussed during interview process.
