What you do:

• Deliver value to our clients by developing Advanced Analytics solutions to solve critical business problems.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Align ML strategies with business objectives. Maintain strong client relationships and provide sparring on choice of solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest techniques in Advanced Analytics and evolving best practices.
• Develop and challenge yourself during in-house and external knowledge-sharing and training sessions.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals with whom you are building a fast-growing company.
• Be a brand ambassador by embracing our company values: quality and value, trust and ownership.

Job requirements
What you bring:

• 3 - 5 years of working experience in the field of Advanced Analytics, preferably with a focus on Life Sciences or the Financial Sector (Consultancy experience is a big plus)
• A relevant MSc degree (e.g., Physics, Mathematics, Econometrics)
• Expertise in programming in Python, SQL
• Experience in developing statistical models, ML models
• Experience and understanding of processing unstructured (text) data, using NLP algorithms or LLMs
• Strong software development skills and experience working in the cloud
• Consultancy skills: stakeholder management, collaboration, ability to translate technical aspects to non-technical audiences
• Excellent English language and communication skills (Danish is a plus)
• Strong ethical framework and a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, ownership and helping others
