How to contribute to our vision

As our Tech Lead to Engineering & Coordination Solution department in Offshore Tooling you are Technical well-founded in the wind industry and machinery. You will be responsible for performing a variety of technical tasks. Applies and shares knowledge of basic concepts, practices and procedures in a specific area of specialization.

Involvement in technology development as a responsible team member. Drives quality and improvements to minimize deviations.

Develop innovative, efficient, and most cost-effective solutions / Methods for the service business through validation on preventive and corrective maintenance solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supports technology and product development decisions.
  • Develops component exchanges methods for service technologies.
  • Provide expertise and support component exchanges methods & tools concepts.
  • Review and provide support on the Offshore fleet.
  • Applies experienced knowledge to product and system from the wind business.
  • Skills in SAP, TC and SharePoint

You will work closely with peers and other stakeholders within Offshore Tooling Platforms, suppliers, and SG organization, and hence you need to have a good understanding of the value chain and be excellent in communication.

It is important that you have a holistic view and are ready to actively involve yourself on own initiative to support in scoping, problem-solving and executing in the different projects that are being executed.

You will work closely with team members at all levels of the service organizations to align and plan the introduction of technologies into the products.

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy.

You have professional experience from an engineering organization where you have worked in product development or machine/ engine maintenance, and support.

Formal Education.
Master’s in engineering or qualified technician with professional experience.

Certifications.
Engineer, Bachelor of Technology, Marine Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering/Electrical Energy Technology.

Professional Experience
Up to 5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge. independently, has theoretical knowledge from seminars as well as work experience.

Furthermore, you have a structured approach to your work, can handle multiple assignments simultaneously without losing overview and you are driving your work independently. 20-25% travelling days to be expected.
