Are you curious, eager to learn, and like to have an impact on your job and surroundings? Then you might be our new student assistant in the HR team at Trackman.

About the role
As our Student Assistant, you will play an instrumental role in attracting and recruiting the best talent as we continue to grow our business

Your primary responsibility will be:

  • Find, contact, and build effective relationships with passive and active job seekers in hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn and alternative search and recruiting techniques. Many of these are within Research & Development
  • Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the role requirements and where to find a qualified pool of talents
  • Handle the initial screening and deliver long-listed candidates to hiring managers for selected roles
  • Assisting our managers in writing job postings
  • Planning interviews, sending out tests to candidates, and administrating our Recruitment IT system
  • Take part in planning and conducting Career Fairs and other strategic talent attraction activities

You will also contribute to our Employer Branding and Employee Experience activities. Selected tasks could be:

  • Support initiatives that ensure a good onboarding experience for our new employees
  • Create content for SOME that engage potential candidates and promote Trackman

You will have the flexibility to organize your work hours/days, and we expect you can help us approx.15 hours per week.

Requirements
What we are looking for
You are Student at Master level, ideally HRM, Psych. Sociology, Business Administration etc.

  • You are fluent in English in writing and speaking.
  • You thrive with approaching and engaging with new people whether on the phone, in writing, or face-to-face
  • You are reliable and have a systematic and proactive approach to your tasks
  • You have flair for HR IT systems, have a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn - and apply your new knowledge fast.
  • You are a team-player, are proactive and take ownership of your tasks.
  • You are curious and not afraid of bringing new ideas to the table

The Office
We are soon moving to our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park. We take great pride of the building we designed! The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness centre, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation.
