You have project management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence others. You hold a retail or sales background combined with a strong commercial awareness and business understanding. You have great organization skills and you are structured in the way you approach your work. You are a good communicator and understand the importance of well-documented processes and presentations. You are proactive and ambitious with a ‘doer’ mentality, and you are a trustworthy colleague who thrives with being visible in the organization.

Furthermore, you bring:

  • You hold a retail/sales background combined with a strong project management toolbox and business understanding
  • 3 to 5 years of field experience in retail or service industry
  • Experience from working in a cluster/global organization, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Good technical understanding and can be the communicator between business and IT.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project management tools
  • You have the ability to drive projects and initiatives independently

On the personal competencies, we hope to see that:

  • You are excellent in executing with an analytical mindset
  • You can think end-to-end and easily go from ‘helicopter view’ to detailed view
  • You are structured and understand the importance of well-documented processes and presentations
  • You have a strong problem solving mindset and analytical toolbox
  • Good verbal and written communication, i.e. able to deliver structured and simple messages on presentations
  • You enjoy establishing good relationships with colleagues across nationalities, functions and management layers
