Core Responsibilities
In this role, there is an opportunity to review the entire value-chain about how LEGO ® products or experiences are brought to market by working and collaborating across the organization to tease out trade-offs or changes to our current business logic.

  • Play a key role in leading and supporting the upcoming strategy period for our corporate Operating Model.
  • Identify key challenges and define needed capabilities related to key transformational changes, including assessment of business model opportunities and impact.
  • Mentor teams to proactively identify and address end to end viability trade-offs during early-stage portfolio development.
  • Provide outside-in view and conceptual design thinking on end-to-end value creation.
  • Drive and own collaborative engagement with cross-functional organization and partners.
  • Provide and drive internal education and knowledge sharing around Operating Model.

Play your part in our team succeeding
The Supply Chain Digital Transformation team, focus on providing thought leadership, practical solutions, and support in the generation of performance changing supply chain innovation and digitization.

On top of our Supply Chain remit, we are also the custodians of the LEGO Group ́s Operating Model, bridging our corporate strategy to the executional level across developing/making/selling LEGO products. With transformation as focus, we are part of the Operations Transformation department by being responsible for scouting, evaluating, and helping to execute major changes in the Supply Chain.

Do you have what it takes?

  • With a background in Supply Chain and operations, you have proven experience in leading cross-functional transformation activities (from Ideation to Product development to Supply Chain to Commercials)
  • Experience in strategy development and process design along with proven leadership in global projects and change management programs.
  • Strong business insight, with a strategic approach and broad knowledge across entire value-chain (focus on supply chain)
  • Experience working in an agile / product orientated structure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to transform complex situations into compelling stories and strategic recommendations.
  • Creative, curious, and opportunistic approach and can thrive in ambiguous environment.
