Work Environment Manager, GN Group

Would you like to work in an international and dynamic environment? Do you have solid experience in facility services and OSH (Occupational Health and Safety). Then you may be our new Work Environment Manager to be responsible for GN’s work environment in our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark.

The team you will be part of
You will be part of GN’s Facility Management team in Ballerup consisting of a small internal team that manages and coordinates all aspects of facility management services within our HQ buildings where the majority of our services is sourced.

Your primary role will be to lead all activities related to our physical and mental work environment and mental well-being in HQ at GN and you will be reporting to Facility Manager Erik Schøler Nielsen.

As our new Work Environment Manager, you will interact with many internal and external stakeholders and the activities will span across day-to-day operation of the services to project and strategic initiatives.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Support the OSH group as subject matter expert on physical and mental work environment requirements
• Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate safety and environment system procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in statutory requirements and legislation from Arbejdstilsynet and company directives
• Implement new OSH initiatives to ensure GN is a healthy place to work
• Support to FM and COOR in OSH related areas
• Performing risk assessments and ensuring internal safety audits
• Develop and implement emergency plans, standard procedures for Ballerup, Præstø, and Aalborg
• Handle flu vaccinations
• Conduct APV in liaison with People & Culture, evaluate on results and take relevant action
• ESG - Global CSRD reporting on health & safety
  

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have solid experience in managing the physical and mental work environment services.

• Several years of experience within physical and mental work environment
• Thrive working in a planful and structured way
• Have a customer-oriented approach to service and able to prioritize and communicate initiatives
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promote employee engagement, productivity, and well-being
• Fluent in Danish and English both orally and in writing
