The team you will be part of
As our Senior IT Delivery Manager within the Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategic Partnership & Innovation team, you will be based at our global HQ located in Ballerup, Denmark, and report to the area Director, Niklas Larsson.

Overall, the team is responsible for providing and developing enterprise-wide services to the whole GN Group and consists of a team of passionate and supportive colleagues – who all are looking forward to welcoming you to the team.

As we embrace this digital future, there is a growing need to streamline and document our enterprise architecture comprehensively, fostering transparency and closer synergy between our business and technical frameworks using the LeanIX management tool.

The strategic clarity that the LeanIX management tool provide will both facilitate informed decision-making and optimizing our technology portfolio. As the Senior IT Delivery Manager, your primarily responsibility is to lead the LeanIX initiative within our Enterprise Architecture team.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Be responsible for the integration and optimal utilization of LeanIX across GN.
  • Craft and administer training programs to bolster employee competence in using our enterprise architecture management tools, maximizing organizational benefits.
  • Innovate and implement strategies for data-driven architecture management with LeanIX.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to craft the product vision, establish the roadmap, and identify growth opportunities for LeanIX.
  • Help to map business requirements/demands into current architecture in LeanIX.
  • Prioritize and manage the backlog for LeanIX, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Aid in deploying LeanIX features, such as the IT Executive Dashboard.
  • Plan and oversee product release strategies, setting clear expectations for new functionalities.
  • Evaluate product performance continuously and recommend enhancements.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have

  • A higher educational background within Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in deploying and managing enterprise architecture using LeanIX or equivalent tools
  • Experience as a Product Owner with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Outstanding problem-solving capabilities, strategic insight, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English since you will be working in a truly global organization in over 50 countries. You thereby can collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including individuals with different perspectives or levels of technical knowledge.

You have a strong personal drive; you can work structured and principledly. Furthermore, you are accountable and able to work in an organization in a rapidly changing environment.
