Senior SAP Specialist – CS/SM
As Senior SAP Specialist – CS/SM, you will develop End to End solutions for S/4 HANA Customer Service/Service Management (CS/SM).
As Senior SAP Specialist – CS/SM, you will be reporting to the Development Manager, Chennai.
Your primary responsibilities;
- Develop efficient, well structured, well documented End to End solutions for S/4 HANA Customer Service/Service Management (CS/SM)
- Driving Integration with cross module integration with S/4 HANA SD, FI and MM
- Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems
- Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration and/or requesting technical development that meet business requirements
- Interface with business process owners to facilitate process improvement and develop new functionality
- Develop solution documentation like process diagrams, functional specifications, technical specifications
- Configure and provide guidance around service processes in S/4 HANA
- Understand customer needs and quantify appropriate actions
- Design, document, and implement unit test, functional test, integration test and test plans
- Capability to partner with the business and jointly develop technology enabled solutions
- Lead/participate in roll-out projects to VIKING service stations
- Participate in Scrum Team work – headed by the SAP Service Product Owner
- Handle SAP 2. Level incidents with S/4 HANA CS/SM
Qualifications preferred
- 6+ years of SAP experience in Service Management (SM) /Customer Service (CS)
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate good communication skills (verbal and written)
