Group Procurement Manager

We are looking for a dedicated person who wants to be part of leading our global procurement team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you and your team will be responsible for leading procurement within our group Scandi Standard, with companies in Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, and Sweden, the leading supplier of poultry products in the Nordics. You ensure that the procurement process, from inquiry to contract, is carried out efficiently and in line with the company's strategy and goals. You develop and implement category strategies focusing on economic competitiveness, contract compliance, and sustainability. Furthermore, you implement and optimize processes and ensure smooth operations through close collaboration with key stakeholders in our various companies and countries. You identify areas for improvement and propose efficiencies and long-term solutions. Additionally, you lead and develop employees within the Group Procurement function to ensure high-quality support to the group.

To ensure presence and engagement in our business, regular travel between countries is required for this position. Possible locations may include Farre in Denmark, Stockholm in Sweden, or Lieto in Finland.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a candidate with an academic background in economics, procurement, or logistics and experience in both national and international procurement. You also have experience in a leadership position in procurement, preferably within a group or corporate function, with documented stakeholder management and successful leadership of transformation projects. Your expertise includes procurement processes such as S2C, SRM, and P2P, as well as modern procurement principles such as compliance, sustainability, and digitalization. You have advanced Excel skills and communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of any of the Nordic languages is advantageous.

You possess analytical capabilities that enable you to see both the big picture and understand details while prioritizing and making well-founded decisions according to goals and timelines.
