Group Procurement Manager in Logistics

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for someone who wants to be an important part of our journey towards improved efficiency and sustainability in logistics, and to lead our global procurement activities within Logistics.

In your role as Group Procurement Manager Logistics within the Scandi Standard Group, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing logistics processes across our operations and countries, all in accordance with our corporate strategy. Additionally, you will play a central role in driving the development and implementation of category strategies that focus on economic competitiveness, contract compliance, and sustainability. Through close collaboration with our Supply Chain Directors and other key stakeholders, you will work to optimize our logistics processes and ensure smooth operations. Furthermore, you are responsible for leading and developing your employee to ensure their success and growth within the organization.

The location for this position will be determined based on where the most suitable expertise is found. Possible locations are Farre or Aars in Denmark, Stockholm in Sweden, or Lieto in Finland.

ABOUT YOU
With experience in both national and international logistics, you have a deep understanding of the complex logistics industry. Your background as a logistics procurement professional or Supply Chain Director, along with your academic education in logistics or Supply Chain Management, strengthens your professional profile and is a valuable asset to the team.

Your ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, along with your strong Excel skills, complement your expertise in the field

Experience in working in groups with stakeholder management across multiple countries is desirable, which includes the ability to anchor strategies and initiatives and to navigate successfully in an international work environment.
