Working as a Consultant for Ce-Tec A/S at a Danish Oil & Gas Company.

Duration: 1 year

Scope of work

• Drive HSE performance in accordance with Company objectives, demonstrate HSE leadership and develop a safety culture within the team
• Develop, review and issue 1Y, 90d and 28d integrated activity plans
• Facilitate integrated activity planning meetings as per Operating Rhythm
• Responsible for facilitating the integrated planning process in the asset with assurance of change process for break-in and break out activities to plan
• Liaise with Asset Platform and Campaign Schedulers, Activity Owners and Campaign Coordinators to ensure accurate and deliverable functional and integrated plans
• Resolve issues related to integrated activity planning conflicts and challenges in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
• Create POB profile based on resource mapping from functional plans and ensure leveling of activities
• Facilitate prioritization of activities to ensure best use of resources across hubs
• Plan and optimize execution of cross hub activities.
• Coordinate, de-conflict clashes and align activities together with Activity Owners, Maintenance Scheduler, Campaign Planners and Campaign Coordinators
• Monitor and drive improvement of Key Performance Indicators
• Issue accurate planning reports

Background/Qualification/Experience required

• BA degree in relevant technical discipline, 5-10 years successful industry experience in relevant technical discipline
• Knowledge of Planning and Scheduling processes and use of Primavera and SAP
• Structured, quality conscious, process oriented with a result driven approach and attitude
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate with many different stakeholders
• Ability to keep focus and prioritize in a high volume of constant changing activities
• Good listening and communication skills
