Director of Security Solutions

As the Director of Security Solutions, you will play a key role in leading, enhancing and expanding our market oriented Security Solutions and the strategic direction for the domain. This role demands a strong background in cybersecurity, information security and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
As our new Director of Security Solutions, you will be managing the security unit, shape the strategic direction of the Security Solutions domain, working closely with the Cyber Defense Center (CDC) manager and the CDC team. Based at one of our offices in either Middelfart, Aarhus or Ballerup, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security solutions to strengthen and expand the market offerings. Collaboration with sales, product management, CISO and other internal and external stakeholders to identify security needs and create tailored solutions is essential.

You will:

• Lead, manage and grow the cybersecurity department and the security portfolio.
• Head the design and implementation of advanced security offerings.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
• Develop and execute strategies to promote Security and CDC services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, existing clients, and prospective clients.

You will also participate in sales meetings, presenting our Security portfolio and the value propositions to clients and stakeholders. Effective collaboration with Operations, Compliance, and other departments is necessary to ensure a cohesive approach to security. Additionally, you will need to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner.

Representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums will be part of your responsibilities. You will also prepare and present regular reports on CDC performance and security metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have relevant education, along with several years of experience in cybersecurity and leadership experience. Proven expertise in security solution development and implementation is essential, as are strong business and commercial skills. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Danish is an advantage.
