If so, consider joining a newly established and expanding Projects & Training team as Project Coordinator!

The position
As a Project Coordinator you can expect diverse set of responsibilities including:

  • Coordinating tasks and deliverables between project team members and stakeholders within the project.
  • Collecting and consolidating input for monthly reporting on key deliverables, milestones, project risks.
  • Facilitate workshops with project team and stakeholders.
  • Supporting the project manager and the project team in preparing and updating of project plans and resource plans.
  • Coordinating between different stakeholders when project changes occur, ensuring that all relevant documents are controlled and followed up on.
  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of tools, templates, and “ways of working” together with team colleagues.

Qualifications

  • An academic degree in engineering, business administration, or a similar field; or experience as a project coordinator.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in projects and a desire to learn about the technical aspects of projects.
  • Courage and drive to engage with numerous stakeholders.
  • A natural inclination to support a project manager and project team.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

It would be considered an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience working within a regulated/pharmaceutical environment.
  • Experience with creating and using templates and standard work.
  • Experience in process development and implementing production equipment.

As a person, you are supportive, and service minded. You work methodically, are well-organized, proactive, curious, and eager to learn even when the path is not clearly defined. You possess strong execution, communication, and collaboration skills, and a proven ability to collaborate within a complex organization. You easily build trust in your relationships and secure commitment from internal and external stakeholders.

About the department
Our team is working to expand the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) capacity of our Biotech production in Hillerød. You will become a part of one of the most significant expansion projects in Novo Nordisk – and when finished the facility will employ app. 340 colleagues. The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our capacity for our portfolio of clinical late phase products to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases including rare diseases.

Working in PS API Expansions, Novo Nordisk
You will be joining PS API Expansions. The area is anchored in Novo Nordisk Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 30,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 64,000 employees.

PS API Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major API Expansions projects across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients.

We build and design our future API facilities as multi-product facilities with flexibility to accommodate future processes and display state-of-the-art technology and working environment. We focus on delivering the highest quality to patients globally in an efficient and environmentally sustainable way.
