Then you might be our new colleague for the position of Marketing Project Manager in Hinnerup.

This will require a good understanding of our mother brand and sister brand’s value propositions and product range and turn that information into retail solutions based on shopper, consumers, brand and customer insight. You will report to our Senior Marketing Project Manager. You can expect 10-15 days of travel each year.

Key responsibilities
We are a team of 12 colleagues primarily supporting the sales organization with marketing-related materials. You will be the key operational partner supporting our Senior Marketing Project Manager. Your role will be to ensure that all marketing projects are developed and executed in the right markets at the right time and with the right content—both visually and textually. Specifically, your responsibilities include:

• Execute according to our future retail strategy in alignment with the overall strategy.
• Liaise with graphical designers.
• Support department initiatives and trade marketing initiatives.
• Overseeing and driving marketing projects, small and large, from initial brainstorming to implementation.
• During a product launch, support the product’s go-to-market campaign strategy.
• Implementing advertising and promotion activities as per the approved plans.
• Collect, evaluate and report marketing activities of own and competitor’s brands.
• Drive the creation of campaigns in relation to the product both in terms of sell -in, -through and -out.
• Support sales by providing appropriate sell-in tools.
• Partner with sales and customers to ensure smooth assets delivery process to our partners.

Your profile
You have a few years of experience working with major brand owners and/or distribution companies. You excel in organizing, executing and planning team deliverables, demonstrating strong expertise in project management and operational tasks.

Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively interact with multicultural teams and collaborate across various departments. You proactively partner with teams to build and execute consumer-centered campaigns, thriving in diverse and inclusive environments.

Passionate about technology, you are highly organized and your analytical and research skills enable you to understand business markets and consumer behaviors. You possess professional writing skills in English and are fluent in spoken English.
