Digital Journeys Specialist
Digital Journeys is a new Copenhagen-based unit, working in Danske Banks brand new headquarters next to Copenhagen Central Station. In Digital Journeys, you will be responsible for building and optimizing digital experiences within a specific business focus area. Your main channel is web – danskebank.dk – but our customer’s journeys obviously span across multiple both digital and non-digital touchpoints. Digital Journeys Specialists spend most of our time working in cross-functional commercial teams. Here we work together with colleagues from marketing, communications, commercial planning and CRM on projects and tasks that impact our customers through many channels. We consult the commercial team and its stakeholders on digital aspects of these projects, and we work hands-on building and implementing the journeys that belong on the website.

Your responsibilities
As Digital Journeys Specialist, you will be a part of both a highly skilled “domain team”, Digital Journeys, where you can grow and develop your skills and a cross functional commercial team, who set their goals high and collaborate closely to reach them.

The pace in our everyday is often fast – but not too fast to have a good laugh, a valuable discussion with your colleague or to celebrate our common successes.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Creating great digital experiences by building UX-friendly web journeys and by representing the digital perspective supporting your commercial team in building great 360-degree customer experiences.
  • Maintaining and developing a data-driven test-and-learn approach in daily work.
  • Digital governance within your commercial area and digital ownership towards stakeholders.

Are you enthusiastic about the Customer Experience and do you have a commercial mind-set?
The ideal candidate comes with a commercial mind-set, solid analytical skills and a well-structured data-driven approach. You are enthusiastic about creating results as a team and possess the ability to take responsibility of the agendas and tasks that belong to your specialist domain. You have good organisational skills with a high work ethic that is comfortable in dealing with stakeholders and external partners.

In addition, we imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant master’s degree and several years of experience as web editor, web manager or building digital journeys preferably within financial services.
  • You have a proven record and understanding of the constantly evolving Performance Marketing landscape – and you share our vision of wanting to become even more data-driven and utilize technology better.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles like CRO, SEO, A/B-testing etc.
  • Hands on experience with building and optimizing website content (preferably in Sitecore).
  • A solid knowledge about customer journeys and digital user experience

On a more personal level, you are probably curious, open-minded, easy-going with a pragmatic attitude. You can spit ideas, but you also get things done – and have fun while you do it. Finally, you appreciate to have a say in how we do things in the unit. Danish and English professionally language skills are required and applying to this job means that you today are situated in Denmark and able to work primarily at our Copenhagen headquarters.
