The Position
As a Senior LEAN Partner, your role encompasses two key aspects. Firstly, you will collaborate with the leadership team to establish and implement standards for project execution while overseeing the establishment of the largest API manufacturing facility at Novo Nordisk. Secondly, you will play a pivotal role in steering our strategy towards operational readiness and excellence. Working closely with the leadership team, you will craft strategies and plans while co-developing standards and implementing tools alongside others dedicated to excellence and improvement.

Your responsibilities will entail:

  • Crafting a roadmap towards operational readiness.
  • Identifying systems and tools for training and deployment in pursuit of operational excellence.
  • Fostering organizational learning, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.
  • Supporting the leadership in improving productivity and effectiveness.

Your main work location will be Kalundborg but we offer flexibility and a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications:

  • An academic degree within engineering, production, business management, project management, or any other relevant field
  • Profound knowledge of the LEAN manufacturing systems and principles
  • Work experience in managing change and strategy development as well as deployment
  • Several years of relevant working experience
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English

As a person, you have excellent relationship-building skills and a positive attitude. You are curious and interested in understanding complex processes and consider multiple perspectives. You flourish in an environment with numerous stakeholders, you actively immerse yourself in the dynamics of large project organisations, as well as finding fulfilment in being a part of a team where sparring and collaboration is high on the agenda.

About the Department
M3 is Novo Nordisk’s largest investment project to date. We are located in Kalundborg, DK where we design and build future API facilities as multi-product facilities. We are a very diverse team of app. 300 talented colleagues from 30+ different national backgrounds.

You will be joining PS API Expansions. The area is anchored in Novo Nordisk Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 30,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 64,000 employees.

PS API Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major API Expansions projects across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients.

We build and design our future API facilities as multi-product facilities with flexibility to accommodate future processes and display state-of-the-art technology and working environment. We focus on delivering the highest quality to patients globally in an efficient and environmentally sustainable way.
