How to contribute to our vision:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Specialist with expertise in ergonomics to join our team.

The HSE Specialist - Ergonomics will play a key role in improving specific production processes, introducing new tools and equipment such as exoskeletons. You will be collaborating with both global and local departments, conducting projects related to ergonomic factors like vibrations, and promoting safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve Specific Production Processes: Actively observe, analyze, engage in dialogue, and experiment with solutions to enhance the ergonomics of our production processes. Identify areas for improvement and implement effective ergonomic solutions
  • Promote Good Safety Behavior: Act as a champion for safety by promoting good ergonomic practices and behaviors among employees. Provide training and guidance on proper ergonomic techniques and encourage adherence to safety protocols
  • Introduce New Tools and Equipment: Research, evaluate, and introduce innovative tools and equipment, including exoskeletons, to reduce ergonomic risks and improve worker comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with Global and Local Departments: Work closely with various departments both locally and globally to share best practices, exchange
  • knowledge, and implement ergonomic initiatives effectively across the organization
  • Conduct Projects: Lead projects focused on addressing ergonomic issues, within the workplace. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and improve ergonomic conditions for employees

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

We are looking for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree or higher in Ergonomics, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field. You are interested in the usage and implementing of ergonomics within a manufacturing or industrial setting in close collaboration with production.

  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience working as an HSE Specialist with a focus on ergonomics within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of ergonomic principles, risk assessment methodologies, and relevant regulations and standards.
  • Experience in implementing ergonomic solutions and conducting ergonomic assessments.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate projects effectively.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a culture of safety and ergonomic awareness within an organization.

You should be a team player with a flair for communication and creating meaningful relationships throughout a large organization. You must also be self-driven, structured, trustworthy, and reliable.

You will be the ambassador for HSE and ergonomics and will lead by example and be a role model for the implementation of new HSE initiatives with both internal and external colleagues.
