Country Manager – Norway

You are ambitious and driven by leadership
In this position you are responsible for managing the Sea & Air teams in Oslo. This includes daily management of all Sea and Air activities in Norway and being responsible for running the teams. To succeed in this position it is crucial, that you have a deep insight into the Norwegian market, situational leadership and are capable of uncovering customer needs.

• Drive sales and secure onboarding of new customers across all activities

Your profile and qualifications
You have +10 years of industry experience and deep knowledge of industry dynamics. Furthermore, your characteristics contains:

• Strong business development skills
• Keen executer that can establish connection between strategy and execution
• Good collaborative skills
• Supplier, customer and commercial focus and drive
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent ability to establish relations
