Join us as our new Finance Business Delivery Director and be part of our Digital Transformation Program directly supporting our One GN strategy. You will play a vital role in setting the strategic direction to preparing One GN for the future by building a robust digital backbone and standardizing key end-to-end processes across divisions and functions of scale.

As our new Finance Business Delivery Director, you will be leading and running the Finance Delivery organization across functions and divisions in our virtual program organization. You will be part of the Global Program Leadership team led by the overall Program Lead. In close alignment with the Program Lead and PMO Lead you will, among others, work with the Finance Senior Leadership team and run sponsorship meetings with the GN CFO.

You have a positive ‘can do attitude’ and are motivated by taking full ownership of the responsibilities for the Global Finance Business Delivery while continuously aligning overall deliverables with the Program IT implementation organization. You possess strong interpersonal skills, adeptly managing senior stakeholders and their expectations in a friendly but assertive manner, while also naturally inspiring employee engagement and fellowship. Furthermore, you a dynamic team player that excel in bringing structure and transparency to complex settings while being adaptive to ever changing environments and manage pressure effectively. Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be responsible for the following:

• Setting and executing the direction for the digital transformation program across the Finance organization in GN in close alignment with the Program leadership team and Finance Senior Leadership team
• Managing key stakeholders in the Finance Senior Leadership team and their expectations and drive business sponsorship meetings and higher-level governance
• Involvement in understanding the Finance business portfolio and conducting impact assessments to ensure alignment with the Digital Transformation Program's objectives. Acting as the voice of the Finance organization in the Digital Transformation Program and vice versa
• Spearheading the integrated delivery of business and IT initiatives within the Finance domain and ensuring delivery deadlines are kept
• Developing and executing change & implementation strategy towards target markets
• Overseeing financials incl. budget and actuals and run budget process for the overall Finance Business Delivery needs
• Supporting Finance transformation projects and initiatives in close collaboration with other departments and areas of finance

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you will thrive with:

• Strategic toolbox: Ability to develop and articulate a clear strategy and scope for the Finance track within the program while aligning with the overarching purpose and objectives
• Transformation acumen: Several years proven record of accomplishment with large scale transformation either in a Finance corporate leadership role or in a senior management consultancy role
• Project and people leadership: Ability in leading projects and driving team performance to meet deliverables, by leading people with influence, fostering team engagement and high-performance culture in a virtual organization
• Stakeholder management: Solid experience in building relationships and securing buy-in from Senior Leadership stakeholders across functions & divisions
• Functional and Cross-functional expertise: Deep understanding of Finance business processes and their integration within broader corporate processes
• Digital acumen: Understanding of the interface between Finance and IT, with an acumen to endorse, support and enable Finance processes though digital solutions
• Problem solving & structure optimization: Exceptional ´real-life´ problem-solving skills resulting in ready to implement solutions, and structure freak
• Communication & presentation skills: Effective communication skills effectively across various levels of the organization and to present complex information clearly in a business language
• Language proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
