About the job
As a Business Change Manager, you will ensure that both IT & Business succeed in managing change when implementing IT solutions to reveal the business value. A vital element in this change journey is to enable our business to adapt new ways of working. The role can vary across different projects – in some areas you will be the key driver and owner of the change management and for other areas you will be supporting your colleagues in the ART in leading the change journey. In addition, we have recently launched a new BCM strategy, where you will be a vital part of bringing the new strategy to life.

More specifically, the role includes:

  • Work closely with our BCM Lead and other team members to ensure coordinated change effort.
  • Conduct assessment of need for business change management in projects.
  • Facilitate stakeholder mapping, communication- and engagement plans towards different levels of stakeholders as well as executing on some of these plans.
  • Support teams in training of colleagues in Arla Logistics on how to work with our new solutions and ensure that they are well prepared for the change ahead of them.
  • Create and publish information towards different target groups using multiple channels.
  • Define value, track progress of change and anchoring of new ways of working e.g. via adoptions surveys.
  • Support and build continuous improvement initiatives to develop and mature ways of working with BCM in Logistics ART and across ARTs in Arla IT.

Who are you?
We imagine that:

  • You have a relevant master’s degree in e.g. IT Communication, Business etc.
  • Ideally, you have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience from a similar position. We imagine that you have a good business and process understanding along with change management experience.
  • As you will become part of an international setup, we expect you to be fluent in English, verbally as well as in written.
  • You demonstrate effective communication skills by delivering high-quality PowerPoint presentations and SharePoint sites.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of Camtasia, Synthesia and Microsoft O365.

Due to the challenges in implementing and communicating business changes, you will utilize your strong communication and relationship building skills to influence and ensure effective collaboration with all levels across the Arla organization.

What do we offer?
Joining Arla, we offer an inspiring workplace where you will be able to grow and learn. You will be working with skilled colleagues and be part of an IT organisation that focuses on bringing the highest possible value to the business in an agile setup.
