You'll play a key role in our growth, strengthening our position in the pharmaceutical trading industry.

Functional responsibilities include:

Product Ownership
• Manage digital trading models and infrastructure, translating business needs into technical requirements.

• Propose and oversee improvements, managing the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

Data Analytics & Technological Innovation
• Enhance trading models with data analytics and integrate AI and machine learning technologies.

• Design performance dashboards in collaboration with BI and stay updated with emerging technologies.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Align with Sales, Purchase, and Trading Excellence teams, acting as the main contact between commercial and technical teams.

• Incorporate stakeholder input into product development and communicate strategy and progress.

Fuel for your success in the role
Do you have:
• A strong understanding of trading systems and digital trading platforms.

• Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, and lead cross-functional teams with clear end-goals.

• A strong background in data analytics, system development, and modeling. Proficiency in technical tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Excel/PowerQuery.

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and integrating advanced technologies in trading environments.

• Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in trading and financial modeling.

• A commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

• A Master’s/Bachelor’s in a relevant field such as Trading, Investment, Finance, or Economics.
