Our Tribe’s Mission
Our Tribe is committed to delivering essential lending and lifecycle services for mortgage and bank loans across all markets and customer types. We also support the bank and other Tribes with new loan products, process changes, and services to enable the bank's strategy and enhance the customer experience.

As part of the squad “Redemption, Change of Loan Terms and Backoffice” you will be responsible for services supporting distinct phases of the lifecycle of Danish Realkredit loans. Your team will be trusted to support and deliver services for

• Redemption of existing loans
• The change of loans terms on existing loans
• Backoffice functions

As a business analyst based in Denmark, you will have an important part in owning the business processes and solutions. You will act as a bridge between business and IT and use both perspectives to build value adding solutions.

What to Expect
In this role, you'll be immersed in an Agile environment where your input is valued, and your contribution can make a real difference. You will write user stories, challenge existing practices, provide domain knowledge to the development team, facilitate workshops, conduct problem analysis, manage deliveries, and more. Your diverse daily tasks may include:

• Engaging with stakeholders.
• Developing and mapping user flows/processes.
• Translating business needs into clear objectives.
• Eliciting and decomposing requirements.
• Planning and implementing test activities.
  

Your Skills and Experience
We're looking for someone with a "can-do" mindset and effective collaboration skills. You should have proven problem-solving abilities, an analytical mindset, and the capacity to drive your own work. You should love working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable dealing with both high-level strategic planning and detailed execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Danish Mortgage experience (preferably within Realkredit Danmark)
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst OR experience with testing and insights related to improving quality assurance and gathering requirements from various stakeholders, as well as experience with data-driven tasks.
• Fluency in Danish (verbal and written), due to the close contact with advisers and services in Realkredit Danmark.
• Experience in developing and mapping user flows and processes.

Bonus Points for Experience With:

• Mainframe systems and basic understanding of cloud.
• Moderate SQL knowledge.
