International Sales Manager – Farmed Seafood

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Sales Strategies
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies for new and existing international clients, helping us expand AquaPri’s reach in the global market. - Manage Client Relationships
Cultivate and grow long-term relationships with our valued customers, prioritizing customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities to drive sales growth. - Innovate New Product Categories
Play an active role with leadership in launching new product categories and promoting the AquaPri brand. - Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure sales efforts align with our strategic company goals. - Industry Engagement
Represent AquaPri at key international exhibitions and industry events, where you will showcase our premium seafood products and connect with stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- International Sales Experience
Ideally, you bring experience in international sales, preferably within the food sector, and have knowledge of our core markets, including Denmark, DACH countries, the Nordics, or France. - Market Awareness
Understand global market dynamics and cultural nuances that influence buyer behavior in various regions. - Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Excellent communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and an ability to build rapport with diverse customers. - Willingness to Travel
Ability to travel internationally for exhibitions and customer visits, approximately 10–20 days annually, supporting and developing key accounts. - Language Skills
Fluency in written and spoken English; German language skills are a strong asset, and additional language proficiencies are welcomed.
