- Experience in implementing LEAN methodologies within the services sector, rather than in industrial settings, is required
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, engaging employees at all levels to contribute ideas and solutions for process enhancements.

Your role & influence as LEAN Program Manager
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for developing, implementing, and managing LEAN methodologies and strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of building "The Dustin Way" to promote continuous improvement and operational excellence. Together you engage employees at all levels in LEAN activities and foster a collaborative environment for idea sharing and problem-solving.
Core activities:
- Build and lead the Dustin Way team
- Set the Dustin Way strategy to align with strategic ambitions
- Identify, implement, and manage LEAN activities to improve wing-to-wing processes and increase efficiency throughout Dustin

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who thrives on implementing LEAN methodologies to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Additionally, it's important that:
- You have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Education/Certification in LEAN Methodology
- Proven track reckord of working with LEAN principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Six Sigma).
- Technical skills in project management, process analysis, and effective communication.
