Senior SAP PI/PO Integration Consultant

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining various integration solutions for our back-end and customer-facing applications. You’ll have the chance to work with the latest technologies and apply agile ways of working.

You’ll be part of the Software Engineering Competence Centre where you, together with your colleagues, will provide IT integration services to all business units in our group, enabling the business to grow rapidly across the globe. As a team, we work in a global matrix organisation where you’ll collaborate with developers, as well as cloud and integration engineers. We offer flexibility yet value the opportunity of being onsite regularly.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • being jointly responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions in cooperation with the rest of the Integration team
  • working with our diverse integration tools: SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, AMQ, CA API Gateway, and Talend
  • maintaining and supporting the integration solutions in the existing portfolio
  • taking part in the application support coverage
  • participating actively in all scrum meetings, incl. daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint planning, contributing to a transparent and supportive work culture, embracing the Agile principles
  • supporting the Group in its digital transformation and globalisation.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have hands-on experience with development and support of SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI
  • have knowledge of adapter configuration, such as File, SFTP, SOAP, REST, HTTP, JDBC, XI, AS2, JMS
  • have some knowledge of JAVA for UDF creation and JAVA mapping, and preferably some experience in JBOSS Active MQ
  • are a team player with strong technical skills, motivated by transforming the technology in close cooperation with a broad variety of stakeholders
  • possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating an ability to articulate business and technical requirements.
