Play an active role in driving consumer centricity at Pandora
The Global Consumer Insights team is run out of our headquarters in Copenhagen and is part of the Global Business Unit which sits within Pandora Global Marketing. The team is the voice of the consumers within the organization ensuring that we keep them at the heart of everything we do. It is a team with an ambitious agenda that plays a key role in the company’s growth strategy, all rooted in deep consumer understanding.

As a Consumer Insights Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute and accelerate the growth of the entire Pandora business. Reporting to the Consumer Insights Director you will be responsible for building the future of Pandora’s next initiatives in a consumer-centric way and for ensuring we continue the great growth journey we are on.

Key responsibilities:
• Enable a strong long-term innovation strategy as well as successful new product development from ideation to in-market performance measurement
• Drive the insights agenda for Pandora’s charms & carrier proposition, as well as Collaborations (volume-drivers and brand building)
• Be the one overall responsible for product, retail & campaign qualification ensuring reliable, timely and agile qualification
• Lead on strategic projects, requiring multi-method approaches and cross-functional teams, to inform long term company growth agenda
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and methodologies in consumer research, incl. the use of AI
• Manage approx. 30-50% of Pandora’s research budget and allocate resources efficiently
• Lead and manage a team of approx. 3 consumer insights specialists, ensuring clear objectives and development plans
• Secure cross-functional collaboration to drive the consumer insights agenda – mainly with other GBU teams, Design Development, Product, Craft & Supply, E2E process management and across the Marketing organization.

Professional competencies:
We are looking for a strong talent with a track record in consumer insights, a solid analytical & strategic foundation and a genuine passion for consumers who thrives in a dynamic, changing, and fast-paced environment.

More specifically, you come with:
• Consumer Insights mastery – approx. 10 years of best-in-class experience from similar roles at client side and agency side
• Strong experiences working with various quantitative & qualitative research methodologies and sources
• Excellent in identifying patterns and writing compelling narratives built on solid argumentation
• Excellent observational, analytical and problem-solving skills and strong business acumen
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously end-to-end, from scoping to planning, executing and reporting
• Proven experience in leading, driving performance and developing other team members
• International experience
• Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken), presentation, and communication skills, including the ability to develop clear, insightful PowerPoint presentations, internal briefs and reports.
• Knowledge of MS office with proficiency in Excel; Outlook; PowerPoint. Experience with statistical software packages and data visualization tools is an advantage
• Postgraduate diploma in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing or Economics)

• Strong leadership skills and EQ with the ability to lead and bring different stakeholders as well as your team together towards achieving common goals

Additional information
The role is in Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Travelling is highly dependent on the specific project, but 5-10 days of travel per year might be expected.
