Central to our team
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and independent HR and Administrative Manager to support our growing needs. This role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will be instrumental in managing various HR and administrative activities. You will collaborate with the management team to drive streamlined employee onboarding and support initiatives directly driving employee engagement and retention.
Shaping our workplace
- Provide recruiting support for management including job listings, processes, job descriptions, and contracting.
- Assistance in connection with personnel cases.
- Support and drive various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation.
- Coordinate and drive HR activities incl. policies and administration.
- Development and implementation of organizational processes and systems.
What you bring to the table
- 4+ years of experience in HR roles, with hands-on experience in recruitment and administrative disciplines.
- Highly structured, energetic, and organized with the ability to progress tasks independently.
- Proactive attitude and capable of navigating challenges with innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills in Danish and fluency in English.
- Extensive knowledge of Danish employer regulations.
- Must align with company values of integrity, teamwork, innovation, making a difference, and clear, effective communication.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required, for the right candidate.
