Join us as our new Associate Marketing Manager
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Global Marketing Team. You will be exposed to a broad array of marketer capabilities, such as marketing communication, market and trend analysis as well as product portfolio management, market assessment and pricing. You will take ownership in the in the following fields:

• Creating and managing content for various external & internal communication channels to ensure effective information dissemination across several stakeholders.
• Assisting and collaborating with the content team and across functions to develop compelling marketing collateral, ensuring that it aligns with the industry positioning and strategy.
• Be the primary owner of the data-driven understanding of the industry, meaning:
  • Track and consolidate industry market intel, trends and consumer behavior to generate valuable market insights to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaboration with the Consumer, Customer and Market Insights team to identify, plan and overview the best way to allocate resources for insights collection for the BPU.
  • Support the team on storylines building, providing input and content when needed (e.g., strategy definition, customer presentations, business reviews etc.).
  • Provide input and content for external communication storylines and assets, when needed (i.e. MarCom activities).
  • Develop and maintain our competitive intelligence, working closely with regional sales, marketing, and technical service.
• Drive pricing analysis to determine price points for new launches, assess alignment of pricing across product portfolio and evaluate customer specific price points for approval.

To succeed you must hold:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Preferably 1-2 years of proven track record working with market analytics and/or marketing communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a talent for transforming complex data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks with precision, combined with a team player attitude.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and professional marketing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passionate about the food industry and eager to learn.
