We are now seeking a talented Program Manager to lead our digital transformation program.

The key outcomes we aim to achieve with the program include:

• The implementation of a unified Human Capital Management (HCM), Professional Services Automation (PSA), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system – with standardized processes and consolidated data from various departments, providing a comprehensive view of the organization.
• Streamline business processes and operations to maximize efficiency and productivity across all departments.
• Enhance talent management, project & manage human resources efficiently.
• Monitor and control costs more effectively, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Role Overview:
As Program Manager, you will be the driving force behind our digital transformation program. Your leadership will ensure strategic alignment, seamless integration, and the realization of substantial benefits for the organization. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company and advance your career in a dynamic environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and drive the overall success of the program by ensuring all projects and workstreams are aligned, resulting in a cohesive solution. Additionally, you will ensure that multiple parallel projects are integrated and coordinated effectively to avoid silos and promote seamless interaction among different workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a program roadmap that aligns with our strategic goals.
• Ensure all projects within the program align with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Focus on achieving the overall benefits and value from the program.
• Establish and maintain robust governance structures to oversee the program, make timely decisions and resolve issues.
• Monitor program performance to keep us on track and coordinate the efforts of multiple project managers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage resources across projects to optimize their use, balancing the needs of different projects. Address resource constraints to maximize productivity.
• Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes.
• Engage with key stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and secure support.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project and program management, focusing on large-scale digital transformation.
• Proven track record of managing complex programs.
• Familiarity with ERP, HCM and PSA systems is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
