Job description
This is a new role in GomSpace which gives you a high level of influence in shaping the role. - And requires that you are able to think and act operational, tactical and strategical in the Culture & People field. This is also a hands-on job.

The job overall purpose is to ensure a high professional level of attraction, on-boarding, retention and development of the right professionals in GomSpace.

Your profile
We imagine you have a relevant education on Master level.

You are excellent in English – both oral and written. Danish is not mandatory.

You have relevant experience from a similar People & Culture role in an international engineering environment. You also have relevant experience from implementing the People & Culture methods and framework in an international organization.

As a person you have strong people skills. You can demonstrate autonomy, good interpersonal skills and natural authority. You are strong, structured, solid, organized and a “Do’er”.

You are an excellent communicator and an effective stakeholder manager

People, also at senior level, finds it natural to engage with you as a people coach and valuable enabler of high performance teams.
