Our unit Equities, Funds & Savings Sweden delivers core business solutions to B2B customers, typically banks and other financial companies, in the Nordic market for equities trading, funds distribution and safekeeping of financial instruments. With products such as AbaSec, TCM and our new offering, Lite, we consider ourselves being the leading player in the Nordics.

As our business is growing, we need a new team to consolidate, develop and maintain our systems and processes within CI/CD, architecture and cyber security. We already today have a handful of brilliant colleagues who take on most of these jobs, but we lack focus and a centralized team catering for all our needs within the field. To form this new team, we need a top of the line team manager to build, lead and develop our skills in the field.

Hand in hand with modernizing the tech, we are developing our way of working to become even more collaborative, innovative and speedy!

As our toolSmiths team manager you will be responsible for building the new team from scratch.

The team’s scope includes

• Obtain, develop and maintain tools supporting development for our joint platform - Securities & Funds

• Expertise and support to all development teams, acting a service organisation for development

• Automation

• Versioning

• Repository and configuration management

• CI/CD (auto deploys, automated processes for test, security, linting, e.t.c.)

• Architecture and guidelines

• Cyber security and guidelines

• Contribution and collaboration in cloud & operational infrastructure and database management

You

We are looking for a strong, focused, including and collaborative team manager who is passionate about delivering top notch services to our development teams.

Your core technical experience should target some, or all, of these:

• Repository and configuration management

• Workflow management and CI/CD

• Automation

• Collaborative, agile teamwork

If you in addition are skilled or willing to grow within some of these areas, it's meritorious:

• Software design / architecture

• IaaC

• Test automation

• Microsoft Azure

• Microsoft .Net

• Microsoft TFS

To succeed with us, we think you should have most of these qualities:

• Strong people skills building and nurturing a high performant team

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, including in English and Swedish

• A drive and desire to make yourself and your team improve every day

• Good understanding of the financial industry

• At least five years of experience of working in an agile environment

• A degree in relevant field and/or solid experience from the financial industry

We work according to a hybrid model where you are expected to be at our office in Solna at least 2 days per week.
