Alfa Laval is looking for a Microsoft D365 Solution Architect, to join the Group Digital foundational area OneERP; a newly established organization to consolidate and focus all ERP related activities with clear mandates and responsibilities to create a solid and scalable transactional ERP foundation to support the strategic direction of Alfa Laval. OneERP will develop, accelerate rollouts of D365F&O and manage one common effective and efficient ERP platform based on standardization of transactional processes for all business in Alfa Laval.

About the job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft D365 Solution Architect to become a key member of the OneERP Solution Governance & Management team. As a Microsoft D365 Solution Architect, you will have the responsibility of the Sales template design and implementation within the Microsoft D365 suite. This position includes defining and owning the solution architecture, supporting Enterprise Architects and Product Managers, providing technical design guidance to development teams, and supporting Roll-out Solution Architects in implementing the D365 solution for the Sales template.

Key Responsibilities:​

• Collaborate with key business and IT stakeholders to understand and analyze Business Capabilities, Business Requirements, and Business Processes and translate into a solution architecture for a D365 Sales template.

• Supporting Enterprise Architects and Product Managers with understanding Microsoft D365 solution capabilities.

• Providing solution design guidance, decisions, and support proof of concepts to development teams, predominantly Technical Architects.

• Assisting Roll-out Solution Architects in local configuration of the D365 Sales template and support guidance in closing critical local gaps during roll-out projects in local markets.

What you know
You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. We trust you are a seasoned Solution Architect with extensive experience in Sales flows within D365 Finance and Operations, as well as D365 Customer Engagement, including their integration. You have a strong background working in complex IT landscapes, particularly within global companies. You possess an in-depth understanding of both business processes and technology, along with the ability to analyze complex technical requirements. Change management and communication skills are vital for this role as well as fluency in business English.

Knowledge of the industry and relevant certifications in solution architecture and/or Microsoft D365 systems are an advantage.
