As our new RSO Lead, you will partner directly with the Sales and Success leadership team, becoming their trusted advisor focused on strategic planning, sales optimization, and business operational support. You'll collaborate with various cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, and others. This is a high-impact role, with constantly evolving priorities and demands. You will think strategically, arrive at a focused execution plan, and lead the plan to fruition.

We are looking for highly passionate candidates who have relentless curiosity, a startup mentality, attention to detail, willingness to manage multiple priorities, and ability to deal with ambiguity effectively.

You will be a part of the Revenue Strategy and Operations department. Our department is all about enabling teams to work more efficiently and effectively by leveraging data, automation, and streamlined processes to optimize the entire revenue cycle.

For example, we primarily work with Sales and Customer Success teams, but the initiatives we run are highly impactful on the Marketing, Product, Finance, IT and People side so we keep a close partnership with those departments.

Ultimately, with better processes, tools and data, we want to increase seller’s selling time.

Your workday and your tasks

  • Design and Implementation of Go-To-Market Plans: You will orchestrate the design and implementation of all aspects of the Go-To-Market plan within the annual planning cycle. This includes account segmentation, resource allocation, territory implementation, quota setting, etc.
  • Bookings Forecast Management: You will drive excellence in bookings forecast management to ensure sustained, predictable growth across all business units as well as coordinate forecast calls to track the status of sales pursuits.
  • Creation of Executive-Level Presentations: You will create executive-level presentations for both local and global leadership reviews.
  • Troubleshooting and Improving Operational Processes: You will assist in troubleshooting operational issues as they arise and propose changes to the Operations team to address root causes.
  • Participation in Strategic Projects: You will participate in key strategic projects and long-term transformational initiatives in partnership with Business Owners, Marketing, HR, and Finance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: In partnership with the BI team, you will build and automate reports/dashboards in SFDC and BI tools that provide the Sales and Success teams with a clear snapshot of their operations using both leading and lagging indicators. You will also draw conclusions about the health of the business, identify areas of weakness, and present improvement recommendations to leadership.

What we expect from you..

  • 3+ years of experience in Consulting or in SalesOps or Strategy roles, preferably with a software company.
  • Ability to think creatively and to tactically partner and engage with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Organized and methodical, with a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Must exhibit superior quantitative and communication capabilities.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative.
  • Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity.
