We are seeking an Output manager to join us on our transformation journey.
This role is about to ensure an efficient, cost efficient and sustainable handling of Ikano bank customer correspondence in all channels. Be the key contact within Ikano bank and with suppliers involved.
Always with a smooth and simple customer journey in mind.
Be the owner for the target 100% paperless 2025

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure a clear roadmap regarding the activities
  • The key contact in relation to output management (internal stakeholders and external suppliers)
  • Focus on activities that contribute to the target to move 100% paperless
  • Continue the development work with Ikano banks digital secure inbox where we want to steer most of our personal customer correspondence .
  • Business system owner for one of our tools "Access interactive"
  • Have full control of the processes related to customer correspondence

Knowledge:

  • Expertise in managing a multinational banking organization from a process perspective
  • Hands-on experience in process improvement, preferably within a multinational banking environment

  • Understanding of managing teams and individuals through change processes
  • Experience in creating and implementing strategic plans

Capabilities:

  • Strong skills in process management and improvements
  • Ability to coach teams and individuals towards business and project targets
  • Capacity to influence at a senior level
  • Self-driven, easy-going, a team player, and proactive
  • Ability to maintain a holistic view even in times of change
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize a varied array of responsibilities
  • Independent operation with minimal direction, characterized by customer orientation, high integrity, disciplined execution, and accountability

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Personal drive and enable to see solutions where others see a hindrance
