Marketing Assistant - Blue Ocean Robotics

At Blue Ocean Robotics we develop, produce and sell autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for service applications across a range of market verticals. We aim at creating robots that make a difference in increasing quality of life and productivity for humans across the world. Our portfolio includes brands like; UVD Robots, an award winning mobile robot for disinfection; GoBe Robots, a mobile telepresence robot for communication, social inclusion and CO2 reductions and PTR Robots, a mobile robot for safe patient handling and rehabilitation.

The job
We are looking for a proactive and organized marketing assistant to support our marketing team with around 15 hours per week. You will work onsite at our HQ in Odense, Denmark.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform essential administrative tasks
• Assist in the development and design of various marketing and sales materials
• Support on SEM initiatives
• Assist on email marketing and workflows/automations
• Track and report on progress in monthly reports
• Assist the team with various ad-hoc tasks

Your Profile:

• You have just started or plan to start your Master’s within Marketing, Communications or similar.
• Structured and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in both Danish and English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in GSuite incl. Google Sheets, Slides, Docs
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud like Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Experience with Hubspot and Google Ads is a plus
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Comfortable embracing new challenges
• Takes ownership and demonstrates accountability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
