Join us in this role where you’ll play a pivotal role in building a sustainable tomorrow. You'll leverage your innovative sourcing techniques to create strategies to identify, attract, and engage leadership talent across the industry. In your role, you'll be tasked with leading our efforts in building a strong pipeline of leadership talent and proactive mapping of the market.

You’ll be part of Global Talent Sourcing where you, together with your colleagues, will aim to be the leading talent sourcing function in renewables, renowned for a deep understanding of the talent market and utilising innovative sourcing strategies to find the best talent in the market. As a team, we thrive by being collaborative. We act as talent advisors for our hiring managers and talent acquisition partners, going above and beyond to find the best talent.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • building pipelines of candidates through research, sourcing campaigns, and market mapping via multiple sourcing channels
  • acting as a trusted advisor with senior level stakeholders and talent acquisition partners to gain a deep understanding of hiring needs
  • leading and contributing to wider executive hiring projects within the organisation
  • reviewing and screening incoming applications, assessing candidates' skills, and alignment with role details
  • contributing to our equality, diversity, and inclusion efforts from a sourcing perspective.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • can utilise advanced sourcing techniques, incl. Boolean search strings and talent mapping strategies to identify senior level talent
  • have extensive sourcing experience hiring for senior level roles in-house or at an agency
  • can leverage data to evaluate sourcing strategies and measure candidate pipeline health
  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
  • have the ability to provide excellent candidate & hiring manager experience at the executive levels.
