As Software Developer in a small agile team, you will be ensuring that partners implementing our Ace product feel empowered and efficient because of the samples and demo materials you help to produce.

What you will do:

  • Develop software solutions on top of product APIs which can be used by partners as a getting started sample (e.g., highly readable and well documented)
  • Be part of designing, implementing, and maintaining the Demo system showing off core product capabilities
  • Automated testing of samples available to partners through our SDK
  • Design and implement of unit test and integration test of own code modules
  • Maintenance and bug fixing on existing product
  • Code reviews and retrospective learning processes
  • Bring feedback around the ease-of-use of the public APIs back to the teams to help improve the overall usability of the APIs

What you bring

  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience
  • Passion for clear and concise written communication in English
  • Ability to dive into and work on a large and complex codebase
  • Experience in or compatible mindset for working in an agile development environment
  • Plus: experience in delivering solutions based on web APIs or client libraries
  • Excellent .NET and C# skills
  • Web API programming
  • Willingness to dive into new products (such as a PLM system) to understand how to do an integration
  • Be self-driven and thrive on working autonomously
  • Enjoy working on a smaller team and cover a variety of tasks
  • Enthusiasm, pragmatism and a can-do attitude
  • Curiosity and solid software craftsmanship
  • A strong mindset in product and process continuous improvement
  • Ability to set the direction for the development of specific code components

Desired technical skills

  • Other programming languages and tools skills is an advantage (for example Java, C++, Scripting - PowerShell, Python, Git)
  • Experience with JavaScript, React and similar web technologies
  • Experience working with enterprise software like ERP, PLM or similar
  • GitHub experience or similar
