If you are passionate about working in a forward-thinking and socially responsible environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact, then join Norlys as their next IAM Architect. Help shape a sustainable and innovative future with Norlys. You can work from all of Norlys' locations in Aarhus, Aalborg, Esbjerg, Copenhagen, Silkeborg in a hybrid set-up depending on your wishes.
job description
As IAM Architect, you will join the Cloud Centre of Excellence, part of the Norlys Shared Service Centre. You will join a team of ten, including cloud engineers and two IAM specialists that collaborate closely, both internally and externally with other departments.
You will be responsible for streamlining the management of all identities and accesses, which currently comprise approximately 3,300 employees across the organisation.
A significant part of the job involves increasing the automation and quality of internal processes, such as improving and further automating all system processes in onboarding, e.g. automated access reviews, compliance issues and the like.
Your role will partly be in supporting other departments internally and also in assisting with the technical merger from an IAM perspective related to Norlys’ recent acquisition of Telia.
You will report to the Head of CCOE, whose leadership is characterized by flexibility, freedom, responsibility delegation, and succeeding as a team.
Responsibility include:
• Architect and design IAM solutions across the Norlys organisation
• Develop, implement and automate IAM processes
• Carry out identity lifecycle management, SSO integrations and more
• Define and delegate tasks and assignments
• Maintain IAM solutions in close collaboration with your cloud engineering colleagues
• Participate in weekly meetings with colleagues to discuss and support on task and projects
• Technologies/concepts include: Azure AD, Saviyant, Entra ID and more
are you norlys' next iam architect?
We imagine that you have several years of experience with identity and access management and programming, preferably from an enterprise organisation.
We appreciate a sound theoretical foundation in computer science, data or IT technician, infrastructure specialist or similar, but it is your personality, accomplishments, and skills that we value the most.
You can tick of the following boxes:
• In-depth experience with the IAM discipline, preferably from a development and architectural perspective
• A fan of automation
• Technical skills and programming experience
• Familiarity with concepts such as LDAP, REST, and Azure AD and/or other IAM tools and concepts
As a person, you will fit in well if you have a collaborative mind-set and like to succeed as a team. You are also self-motivating and proactively seek out solutions and answers.
In order to succeed in this position, it is important that you enjoy an advisory role with different stakeholders, as the shared service centre interacts across departments.
