Service Delivery Manager

Your role
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be the face of our organization, maintaining positive relationships with our most valuable existing and future customers. Your key responsibilities include:

Ownership of Critical Incidents: Manage and resolve critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and facilitating effective communication for post-incident reviews.

Process Improvement: Define procedures and methodologies to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and collaborate with our Insights Team for automation.

Service Delivery Performance: Ensure service delivery meets customer expectations and drive future demand.

Optimization Strategies: Analyze third-party and internal processes to create strategies for optimizing service delivery.

Customer Feedback: Assess feedback and use creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.

Invoicing and Contract Management: Oversee customer invoicing, contract obligations, renewals, and KPI tracking.

Commercial Engagement: Expand customer cooperation by introducing relevant and necessary services, fostering greater engagement.

Your background
You have extensive experience in a corporate or service provider environment and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services. You excel at building and maintaining positive relationships and have a proactive problem-solving approach. Furthermore, we expect that you have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a corporate or Service Provider environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other service delivery disciplines.
  • Mastery of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles.
  • Fluent in Danish - woth orally and written
