You will join a dedicated buying team driven by creating collections with a focus on managing our goals for quality, workmanship, sustainability, and trend level.
You collaborate on a daily basic with colleagues across the Buying, Design, Fitting and Sales teams, but your ability to develop lasting partnerships with our suppliers is equally important.
MAKE YOUR MARK ON TOMORROW’S FASHION
You will be responsible for the development and purchase of our Jersey & Occasion collections in collaboration with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally. You develop new styles and negotiate prices, qualities, and deliveries with suppliers. Sustainability is the key to our business, and in close cooperation with our sourcing departments around the world, you develop and optimize the relationship with our international suppliers, and always keep yourself updated on new qualities and opportunities on the market. The goal is to get the department to reach new heights, to which you contribute with your experience and creativity. More specifically your tasks will among others include:
- Developing and creating collections in close cooperation with our designers and suppliers
- Establishing and maintaining strong supplier relations
- Negotiating quality, price and delivery with international suppliers having our sustainability goals in mind
- Following-up on production and deliveries
- Participating in sales meetings & supplier visits
- Sourcing of new qualities in close cooperation with our sourcing offices
- Continuously ensuring quality control

YOUR PROFILE
You are an ambitious Buyer with good business acumen, negotiating skills and understanding of quality, price, and trends. As a person, you are independent, proactive, and structured, enabling you to stay on top of the situation in a fast-paced and creative environment. You possess good communication and collaboration skills, establishing positive relations, both internally and externally and act as a role model. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications to the job:
- An educational background within buying
- Knowledge of the fashion industry – and preferably experience with jersey & woven products
- Solid numeracy and business understanding
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
