As our Financial Crime Prevention Specialist & Trainer, you will:

• Cultivate the FCP Mindset: Foster a culture that prioritises proactive prevention and innovative thinking
• Design and Deliver Training: Develop interactive, cutting-edge programs that focus on real-world challenges in financial crime prevention
• Facilitate Empowerment: Create spaces where participants not only learn but also grow into empowered decision-makers
• Enhance Client Experience: Ensure every training session adds measurable value to the participants’ ability to serve clients better

Your profile

We are looking for someone who brings fresh perspectives and innovative thinking to the table. While experience in financial crime prevention or compliance is a plus, we welcome applicants from diverse professional backgrounds, including:

• Teaching or training: If you have worked in professional education or developed training programs in other fields, your ability to engage and empower learners is highly valued
• Consulting: Your skills in problem-solving, facilitation, and adapting to varied client needs make you a perfect fit for this dynamic role
• Other industries: Experience in roles that emphasize critical thinking, communication and leadership (e.g., law enforcement, organisational development or public service) is equally relevant
