We’re looking for a Senior Mainframe Security Engineer who would help us in designing, deploying and advocating various security controls within mainframe ecosystem to improve security posture of one of the biggest banks in the Nordics.

You will:

• Participate in developing and assessing security standard baselines on mainframe
• Review security requirements and interpret these into requirements on the mainframe platform
• Design, develop and implement security solutions on mainframe
• Act as subject matter expert with specific focus on mainframe security
• Provide advisory and consulting services for other teams
• Provide input to a roadmap for security initiatives to continuously reduce the risk posture
• Identify potential mainframe security improvements, vulnerabilities and misconfigurations

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in working with a Mainframe Operating systems like z/OS, z/VM or zLinux or an equivalent combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Good knowledge of zSecure Admin, Audit, Alert and Access Monitor products
• Good knowledge of z/OS middleware: DB2 z/OS, MQSeries, CICS, Netview, System Automation, various z/OS system components
• Familiarity of mainframe Identity & Access Management processes and products like RACF
• Knowledge of RACF structure and capabilities
• Experience of z/OS system programming e.g. CARLA, REXX, CLIST
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields relevant to Cybersecurity or Information Technology would be considered as a beneficial asset
• Upper-Intermediate English communication skills, both written and verbal

We offer:
Monthly salary range from 4240 EUR to 6360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
