What will you do as our new Dynamics/Power Platform Consultant
As our Dynamics/Power Platform Consultant, you will work together with the team that focuses on the implementation of innovative processes within the Commercial domain of Vrumona and Royal Unibrew.

This role both aligns with the business on getting the requirements right and aligns with the IT team on the best way to deliver on these needs. You will have an important role in the process from analysis and advice to configuration, testing, and go-live. More and more we work in an agile way where we see this contributes in to a good collaboration, good output and more fun in the day-to-day work.

Your key responsibilities

• Analyzing processes and business needs: work together with the business to define the best opportunities to improve efficiencies in day to day sales processes.
• Providing advice and best practices: use your knowledge of CRM to offer advice to optimize processes.
• Designing and building solutions: translate business demands into solutions within our Microsoft platform.
• Contribute in workshops and design sessions, testing and implementations, where both business and IT people are involved
• User training and support: Provide training and support during the transition to new solutions.

Who we're looking for
If you have a passion for commercial environments and like tackling complex challenges and enjoy working in growing team, you're exactly who we need. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has relevant experience: You have 3-5 years of experience with CRM implementations,
• Knows how to apply CRM solutions to optimize processes
• Ideally you have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Dataverse, Power Platform. Ideally you are also familiar with technologies like Power Automate, Azure, SQL, Power BI, PowerApps, JavaScript, and C# or are willing to start gaining experience in these technologies.
• You like to work in a growing and dynamic organization
• You like to work together with the business and know how to communicate effectively
• Brings a fresh perspective: You are enthusiastic, proactive, open-minded, and driven.
• A strong command of the English language is essential. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
