ERP Delivery Manager - About the position
The ERP organization is in transformation so you will be part of establishing the processes and working methods. Primarily you will govern the development pipeline and effectively coach the teams.
You will lead two sub teams: application specialists and system developers. This includes balancing the allocation of internal and external resources to ensure the effective delivery of technical change, config, development and troubleshooting support cases. The teams are scalable and consist of both internal and external resources. The majority of the teams are based in Aarhus, but there are examples of hybrid working colleagues as well as near or offshoring resources.
Your teams will provide application expertise, in-depth technical knowledge and development capability of config, ABAP and PI. The teams align with architects around technical governance and process developers that channel and translate the business needs.

Main areas of responsibility and tasks:

Coordinate with Architects around capacity and competency needs to allow for effective change request and project delivery. Enable usage of 3rd level expertise in service and support processes. Facilitates escalation to external support levels. Guide and onboard consultants to work efficiently with the internal team. Provides feedback on performance and behaviors. Ensure that development guidelines and ERP standards are followed to maintain high quality in all deliveries whether internal or external. Undertake periodic reviews of development guidelines and making recommendations for improvement. Endorses guidelines and standards throughout the team.

Your location is preferably in Aarhus and you will report to Global ERP Manager Kim Lindborg.

Who are you?
We believe that you will have a relevant bachelor degree and 5-10 years of experience from similar responsibilities. You have excellent knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP and relevant integrated solutions. As a person, you take great responsibility for your performance, you are driven in your way of working. You have good analytical skills and a strong focus on quality and care. We believe that you have a solution-focused approach and have high integrity, are committed and without prestige.
