We are looking for a committed Software Engineer who wants to be a driving force in the development of digital products that go beyond conventional surveys.
One of these digital products is PeopleXact. PeopleXact is our specially designed platform for HR surveys. This platform is a user-friendly HR-tool based on solid research and 25 years of experience with HR and data collection. The platform enables you to gain valuable insights that can then be translated into concrete, actionable strategies.
As a Software Engineer, your tasks will include:
- Collaborate in our agile Scrum team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions within our exceptional web-based products that lead the way in collecting, analyzing and presenting data in ways that create value for our customers.
- Product development in close contact with customers and users as well as responsibility for IT support (2nd level) and operations.
- Development of fullstack solutions using technologies such as React/TypeScript, GraphQL, SQL and Java. You will work with automated tests such as JUnit.
- Participation in code reviews and, if needed, pair-programming.
- Close collaboration with the team to define product functionality and technical implementation.
- Contribute to a diverse team where different perspectives and points of view are valued both professionally and personally.

We imagine you have:
- Relevant education in computer science, software development or related fields and 5+ years of experience as fullstack developer.
- Passion for developing modern, user-friendly digital products and a deep understanding of their essence.
- Solid understanding of what constitutes a robust engineering design and well-formed code.
- Ambitious and constantly motivated to develop your skills.
- Speaks and writes Danish both in writing and orally – minimum CEFR B1, preferable B2 or higher.
- Preferably knowledge of Scrum or other agile working methods.
- Is a team player who is ready to take responsibility and be a coordinator on smaller (and larger) initiatives.
